Best Places to Eat in Manchester | Where to Eat in Manchester

AMAZING! This is how all my 4 days in Manchester went. I loved every moment I spent in Manchester. I realized that one of the reasons why I liked it so much and because of which I felt so good is that locals love their city very much. Manchester is a great place to experiment with food from all over the globe, starting with Arabic / Lebanese and ending with Mexican, Italian or Chinese food. Among my favorite restaurants, for who is planning a trip to MCR: search them on google maps & thank me later! - include Hanoi 75 (specific Vietnamese) and a few that are such a cutie for any Instagram post (check the list below).

Hanoi 75

The Vietnamese restaurant is offering a limited but delicious selection of food inside of a blue double-decker. Vietnamese sandwiches are always freshly baked with great coriander, soft cheese, and pickled veggies. Fillings include the Norti Porki (Vietnamese pork roasted in honey and spices); Pho-real (slow-cooked beef brisket in ginger, soy, star anise, chili, cinnamon, and lemongrass); Jacked Up Fruit (pulled Asian-spiced jack fruit) and Teriyaki Mushrooms.

Address: Oxford Road, Manchester M17ED.

Opening Times: morning till 23:00

Hatch

Hipster’s Heaven with little stalls where they’re selling fresh food and delicious coffee in a small cozy decorated courtyard. On top of the mix of food, you can find a bar and a nano-brewery. It can get very busy if the weather is good.

Address: Oxford Road, Manchester M17ED.

Opening Times: morning till 23:00

20 Stories

High-style restaurant, with a cute garden terrace on the 19th floor of a shopping complex. Delicious cocktails and I would definitely recommend Manchester Tart Punch for a girly sweet drink. The terrace offers great views over the city

Address: No 1 Spinningfields 1 Hardman Square Manchester M3 3EB.

Opening Times: midday till midnight

Menagerie Restaurant & Bar

Perfect place for a girly dining or cocktails brunch. I recommend the French Kiss cocktail for a great combination of Gin and sweet Chambord with berries on top. You can’t get more Instagramable than that.

Address: One New Bailey, New Bailey St, Salford M3 5JL.

Opening Times: midday till midnight

Evelyn’s Café

This Instagramable foodie spot with a lot of vegan options is exactly what a food blogger needs. I had a small plate with watermelon, tomato, feta and pine nut salad which was delicious. I recommend for hot days a Fino Highball cocktail which brings a lot of freshness to the salad.

Address: 44 Tib St, Manchester, M4 1NB.

Opening Times: 09:00 am till 23:00

Black Milk Cereal

Definitely, the place to be for a sweet tooth of any food blogger. You can find over 20 crazy options of ice-cream, smoothies, and waffles.

Address: 88 Oldham St, Manchester M4 1LF.

Mackie Mayor

One of the most beautiful food markets on my list for now, which offers artisan – independent food options for all tastes.

Address: 1 Eagle St, Manchester M4 5BU.

Opening Times: 09:00 am – 18:00. Monday closed

Ginger’s Comfort Emporium

Once you are in front of Affleck's look up and in the corner you will see the best place to get ice-cream from, in Manchester. The place is small and cozy, and it offers unique flavors with a lot of vegan options. I would recommend you to try the salted caramel with peanut butter, or for something even more flavor-ish – the orange blossom.

Address: Affleck, Church St, Manchester M41PW

Opening Times: 10:30 am till 18:00
