DIY CHEESE BOARD WORKSHOP IN AMSTERDAM

You will acquire a basic understanding  of different types of cheese and learn why variety is important.  Then you will , run through taste tasting techniques to help you make your choices, and finally you will be guided step-by-step to create your own cheese board.

Enjoy a cozy and informal evening with a drink making a beautiful cheese board so that when you bring one to a dinner party, or host your own borrel, you can smile and think “I made that!”

Suitable for beginners, this three-hour course will give you what you need to make your own alluring cheese board or platter with local products. Come and enjoy an evening with other foodies and cheese lovers!

The workshop will finish with food photography tricks and tips to make your boards look as beautiful as they are tasty!

∙ This workshop runs for approximately three hours and includes all materials, food ingredients, a glass of wine or sparkling water. (drinks included)
∙ The slate platter is for 2-3 people, therefore any leftovers you can take home with you to share it, or not if you want to indulge and try to re-design your board in a smaller version!
