I don't have a wonderful recipe that will let you avoid all the diseases of this world. However, I have a few tips that used regularly will help you take care of your health.

Let's say it straight out. Health is one of the essential values in life. According to a study, 2/3 of people mention health as the most valuable thing they have. That it's worth taking care of, you don't need to convince anyone. However, it is more challenging to implement these desires ;) That's why today I have some tips for you about daily habits that can minimize the risk of developing severe diseases.

1) Move!

If you work at a desk and spend most of your time sitting, get yourself a regular dose of exercise. Systematic physical activity can extend a person's life by 3-5 years. Not bad, right? That is why physical effort is the only thing worth becoming addicted to. By being regularly physically active, you reduce the risk of developing colon cancer, breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and prostate cancer by half! Movement is also happiness - during exercise, the body secretes endorphin. Remember that not everyone must be a runner at once, but everyone can get up every 5 minutes every hour to walk around the office and stretch their bones.

 2) Think about yourself

Work, stress, and responsibilities make us forget about ourselves and spend less and less time on our own rest and passion. You know it, right? Although it's not easy, try to save a quarter of an hour for yourself every day. For example, you can spend these 15 minutes on a nap, thinking about positive topics or reading one page of a long-set book. Thanks to this, you can avoid burnout, reduce fatigue, and many valuable ideas can be born in your head.

 3) Eat, but don't go hungry

According to a report called "Have a heart to health", an unhealthy diet and excessive alcohol consumption (above 40 g of pure alcohol per day by women and above 60 g by men) are the causes of about 40 percent malignant tumors. Become friends with vegetables, fruits, groats, and say goodbye to deep-frying or eating fast-food every day. Food can be equally tasty if you cook it in the oven or steamed. Above all, however, eat regularly. This will allow you to keep fit and get rid of unnecessary kilograms. Healthy eating is about increasing vegetable fats, fish, vegetables, fruit, and whole-grain bread. Remember that you don't have to torture yourself with a restrictive diet. The most important are the right proportions and proper habits.

 4) Control the time

Sometimes it is worth forgetting your busy schedule and do something unexpected and spontaneous, which will affect your well-being. Daily, however, it is vital to have control over your life, and especially over money. The awareness that I have built up a financial security cushion that will protect us against unplanned events (such as serious illness) is invaluable. To organize our plans and notes, it is worth structuring them, even in the selected application on the phone. It will help you to prioritize your thoughts and allow you to create a check-list to mark tasks you've already done.
